- MF Martial Arts licenses are not needed on the competition day as all registration will be completed beforehand. Wristbands are pre-distributed for venue entry. If you would like your License book signed for competing, this can be done by your instructor after the event.
- Competitors will need to bring in and wear their Competitor Wristbands to gain entry into the venue. Otherwise entry will be refused.

Spectators Under the age of 12 go free and do not need to purchase a spectator ticket. - Uniform – All students must wear full Matt Fiddes White Uniform (including top) / Leadership uniform (including top) / Ladies Only Uniform + Current Belt.
- Sparring – All students competing in the sparring categories must wear official MF sparring kit including groin guard and mouth guard (for safety, without any of these you will not be allowed to sparr)
- The organiser of the competition reserves the right to adjust the age/grade categories on the day of the tournament according to the entries received. If there are not enough competitors in your Belt category you will be given the opportunity of moving up to the next category.
- Photos/Videos/Social Media – By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, I consent to MF Martial Arts using photographs and/or video recordings internally and externally to promote the MF Championships. These images/videos could be used in print or digital media formats including print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film and social media.
- Photos/Videos/Social Media – Parents are reminded that MF Martial Arts have no control over photographs taken by fellow parents that might appear on social media and newspapers.
- Liability Weaver – Liability and Injury Waiver (to be ticked when registering).
The participant agrees to comply with the rules of the Tournament and acknowledges that elements of the competition is physical and therefore participation in such competition can result in injury. The competitor hereby waives any claim for any injury or accident at this event.
